If the material contains iron and other magnetic metals, the magnetism of the magnetic roller itself will attract iron and other metals, and if the adsorption is not removed for a long time, the belt will be burnt out. Therefore, before sorting materials, first confirm whether the materials contain magnetic metals. If so, it is recommended to add an iron remover in front of the eddy current sorting equipment, which not only protects the equipment, but also has a good sorting effect.

Eddy current separators are mostly used to process scrapped car scraps, metal scraps, scrap steel scraps, scrap electronic materials, slag materials, broken bridge aluminum plastic door and window scraps and other materials to sort scrap metals.

 

Eddy current separators cannot be used to sort stainless steel. If you need to sort stainless steel, you can choose a metal sorter.
